My wife and I were linked up with Taylor via Zillow. I know there is this consensus on social media that buyers’ agents aren’t needed and aren’t worth the cost. I’d definitely argue otherwise. This was our first house, and working with Taylor made the entire process smooth and easy. We lived in Marysville, and Taylor was out of Lake Stevens. I met Taylor at an open house. We didn't close that house, but Taylor helped me close another house. He was proactive and punctual. He also communicated and responded in a timely manner. I liked his style to deal with the potential customers and also the ability to negotiate with the seller.
